Poly is committed to providing an outstanding educational experience for its students. Please use this form to pledge a dollar amount to Poly Prep to be paid at a later date. 

Gifts must be received by June 30 to be included in the current fiscal year. 

We’ll email you periodic reminders and a receipt once we receive your contribution. We are grateful for your financial pledge to our students and faculty!
